Intermediate Choir: 4th – 7th Grade
The SSCC INTERMEDIATE CHOIR is a choir directed by Ms. Carey Shunskis where students will develop sight-singing skills, begin singing in 2 or 3 parts, and develop more advanced vocal technique. Through positive encouragement and an uplifting environment, choristers will learn to be confident and to enjoy using their voices. Choristers graduate from the INTERMEDIATE CHOIR as independent choral singers who understand professional behavior in a choral rehearsal, vocal technique, and management, and the ability to read music well. The INTERMEDIATE CHOIR performs at annual SSCC performances, as well as community performances throughout the season.
No audition necessary to participate in any chorus.
Tuition Assistance available for those who apply.
